You light one, the air clears, and only then do you light the candle. Sahumerios are incense sticks — there are two, and here you do choose by scent: it's the only thing that changes between them.

This month's veladora, a sahumerio to open the way, and the card with the ritual written by hand.

The kit includes

  • Limpieza Energética White quartz, amethyst and rosemary. It purifies and harmonizes your energy.
  • Abundancia Aventurine, pyrite and chamomile. It activates the energy of abundance.
  • Ojo turco — evil eye With the glass eye, amethyst and dried flower. It cuts the mal de ojo and whatever comes from outside.
  • Sahumerio de lavanda Three sticks. Calm, harmony and well-being.

How they're made

No one else touches them. One home, two hands, and a ritual repeated the same way every time.

    The guardians are called

    North, south, east and west. Before anything is lit, the space is opened so the candle is born protected.

  2. 02

    The wax melts

    Low heat, no rush. Wax takes the time it takes and will not be hurried.

  3. 03

    The herbs go in

    Rosemary, chamomile, cinnamon and lavender. Chosen one by one for what the candle is meant to shift.

  4. 04

    The oils and the scent

    Essential oils drop by drop, until the scent is the one it has to be.

  5. 05

    The quartz, the label, her hands

    The quartz is set on top, the label goes on by hand, and it is packed to arrive whole.

  6. 06

    It's blessed and cleansed

    Before the box closes, every candle is cleansed and blessed one by one. None leaves without it. This is the step no factory can copy.

Hi, I'm Victoria

I'm a certified holistic therapist and the creator of Despertando Aquí y Ahora.

My path didn't begin by teaching others. It began by healing my own life. For a time I felt lost, carrying wounds and repeating patterns I didn't understand. It was through my own healing process that I discovered something that changed my life: so often, real change begins when we dare to look within.

Today I walk alongside others on that same path, with respect, empathy and love. I deeply believe that we can always transform our story and choose again how we want to live it.
